Heidi Bergmann is a guest character in the Gossip Girl revival series. She is portrayed by Kathryn Gallagher.
Heidi is the older sister of Obie Bergmann IV and oldest child of Helena Bergmann.
Summary[]
Heidi is Obie's older sister who graduated from Constance 2 years after the NJBC graduated and went to Cornell, but dropped out after her freshmen year and snuck off to Europe to start work for a successful firm in Paris. it's revealed that prior to the events that happened on the show, she slept with Max when she was 18 and he was 14 and that she was his first time.

Season One[]
In "You Can't Take It With Jules", Returning to town for a merging acquisition, Heidi surprise her younger brother by telling him she is engaged to a French hotel heir, Klaus who she met in Hong Kong at a hotel convention. They went on vacation and get engaged on that vacation to Necker Island in front of their parents. While at school, Obie tells Max the news, which excites him making him believe he could have second chance with her if he sabotages the dinner. Obie invites Max to the dinner to meet the fiancée they will be having in Munich. Putting his plan into action, Max hires a personal investigator to look into Hedi's fiancée as he finds details of her engagement to be a little bit fishy, only to learn that the French heir she was engaged to had been looking for a payday since when they get married, their money will be shared in a prenup. When Max and Obie arrive at the dinner, Max shows the evidence that he gathered on him. After reviewing the information, Heidi is disappointed and breaks off the engagement.
While outside, Max tries to seduce her in her vulnerable state, but Heidi catches on to what he is doing and shuts him down by telling who he truly is and how he manipulates people in order to feel pleasure about himself and tells him he is no different from his soon to be divorced dads. In the end of the episode, Obie and her return to New York, only to get into an argument about how he had everything going his way and how he is his mother's favorite child. She packs her bags and says she is going to be in Germany as she had a place out there to recover from the events at dinner and says that she is not talking to him and never returning to New York. However, Obie gets a text from her, apologizing for their argument and thanking him for looking out for her.
Season Two[]
In Games, Trains, and Automobiles, Obie wakes to find Helena sitting comfortably in the kitchen. She tells Obie that she got in that night from Munich, and already got a hold of a New York Times newspaper where it's shown Grace's mom dropping out of the political race following Grace's insect relationship being posted on Gossip girl. She soon reveals that the family is avoiding Obie after Grace to not create more scandals and that their mother is living in the Hamptons.
Personality[]
Unlike her brother, Heidi goes with the flow of things, and doesn't let anyone tell her different. It mentioned that she used to have a party girl streak back in high school as she used to party like Serena when she used to attend Constance as a student. However, she changed her act when entered into Cornell.
