Season Two[]
Agenes is introduced in Pret-a-Poor-J as a model for Eleanor Waldorf. She meets Jenny Humphrey, who is interning at the atelier, and they begin to strike up a friendship. They hang out after work at a bar, and Agnes is impressed with Jenny's outfit. They trade clothes, but Jenny realizes this is a mistake when Agnes leaves in the outfit she needs to duplicate for Eleanor. The next day, Agnes shows up at the atelier and shows Jenny photos her boyfriend, Max, took of them. She encourages her to leave Eleanor, since she's trying to steal Jenny's designs, and Jenny does so. They meet up later after she has quit, and they go back to Agnes' to hang out. They end up dancing in only their bras, but the fun is short lived when Nate Archibald arrives to take Jenny home.
The two girls begin to plan Jenny's line, and plot to crash a charity event to find investors. When they arrive, they learn it's an event honoring Bart Bass and Lily van der Woodsen. However, they go through with the show anyway and Jenny moves in with Agnes after fighting with her father, Rufus Humphrey (There Might be Blood). Things become increasingly tense with them, as Agnes' laziness begins to cost them publicity and investor opportunities. Jenny decides to venture on with the line on her own, and when Agnes finds out, she burns all Jenny's dresses and kicks her out of her apartment (Bonfire of the Vanity).
Season Three[]
Agnes returns in The Empire Strikes Jack when Eleanor hires her back to work with Jenny. Agnes announces she is sober now, and a successful model. However, she is still angry with Jenny over their past issues. She pretends to be all friendly again but then drugs her at Eleanor's fashion show. Afterwards, she and her friends leave her at a gentleman's club, but Nate saves her before anything happens.
Season Six[]
Agnes, who's in Tokyo makes her final appearance in the series finale New York, I Love You XOXO when she learns who Gossip Girl is.

- She was a recovering alcoholic for only 3 months , as in the episode The Empire Strikes Jack Agnes took Jenny to a gentlemen's club where she had drugs in her purse to drug Jenny.
